Are you suggesting that the feminist movement is responsible for our paranoia today regarding child molesters?

Frank Warner

I don't blame anything on feminism. But I do say we've gone through so many subtle attitude changes in the last 50 years that we've found men walled out of children's lives without even noticing it happen.

Too many men are untrustworthy, and even more are untrusted. You see the prejudice clearly in child custody cases, and even in elementary school teacher hiring.

While we were telling men to open up their vocations to women, and teaching women to take up those traditionally male roles, no one even suggested that women open up their child-rearing roles to men.

If the result of such societal change is that children never see a good man, and fathers never see their children, that would be a shame.

Hi Frank, this piece is very true, and appalling. A friend told me about a similar incident, and it's shocking to see that men are just not trusted anymore.
