Establishing facts is difficult work.

Whether it works or not, I believe that we shouldn't do it. I also believe that you have an obligation to return to the owner any wallet that you've found on the ground. Most of the world's problems would disappear if people would just do the right thing. I'm not expecting that to happen in the near term, though.
