On a cost/benefit basis, I think we should limit our weather reporting to the Ganges River basin and Bangladesh.


Unmentioned like "the professor and Mary Ann?" That's your most obscure analogy yet.

Mary Ann didn't need mentioning. Even though she wasn't the seductive Ginger, we all thought Mary Ann was hot. Admit it.


Come to think of it, perhaps that was your point -- Australia is hot like Mary Ann from Gilligan's Island.

Remember the song? The first season, they were referred to as "and the rest."

The second season, the song said, "the professor and Mary Ann." It wasn't that hard to add two lousy names.

And Mary Ann was hot around Christmas.
