This is the first U.S. president in decades who is likely to demand democratic reforms in Vietnam.

PM, Khai Van Phan should apologies to all Vietnamese who were put in prison after 04/30/1975, and people who is now fighting for human right in Vietnam also in the prison for freedom of speech.
