Of course, he rules out torture. The problem
is defining torture.

And the problem is what the law says and to who it pertains.

Al Qaeda has not signed into any agreements or treaties with any country nor has it signed into the Geneva conventions. As someone I heard say only yesterday, if they can get Usama bin Ladin in to sign up for these areas, have at it.

Let's not try to give Al Qaeda terrorists rights to which they do not deserve under "rule of law".
