Hey Frank,

This decision appears to be constituently correct (I don’t know all the arguments but Scalia went along with the majority…). However I fear it will be a boon for the terrorists.

For instance - Leftwing attorney submits petition of habeas corpus for detained al-Queda fighter to liberal court. Court demands info that the Government feels is sensitive. Government refuses to give info. Terrorist is back in business. Or Government gives info. Terrorist stays in GTMO, but Special Opps guys are ambushed and murdered due to released info. It will happen.
