Last night, President Obama threw the first pitch at the All-Star Game, but the TV cameras never showed us where the ball went. Funny, when President Bush threw the first pitch at the World Series after 9/11, we saw the catcher, too.
Because we saw it, we know that Bush threw a strike. We didn't see it last night, but reports are that Obama's pitch was straight and almost made it to home plate.
And this was Fox Sports.

Fox didn't want to be accused of making fun of the president. tic [It was Fox Sports and not Fox News after all.]
In other clip, you'll see Pujols, normally a first baseman, cheat up in front of the plate and catch it on a bounce.
It mirrors his policies to date: started off with much fanfare and velocity, but clearly fell short of the target.

I just wonder if it mirrors the news coverage of his economic programs. We see the pitch. We know what he's aiming for. But will the results be hidden off camera?
